I LOVE OSHA Root, something about it is so primal for me. I burn it, and make tea from it. I do wish you would get more for your money though. It is quiet expensive for a small amount.

Years ago I had really bad Laryngitis and could barely speak. I went to my MD and she said it would take a week or so to get better. I then asked her, if she knew of any herbal remedies that I could try? She told me to buy "Raw Osha Root" and boil it with water in a small pan. Then get a towel and place it over the back of your head. Carefully bend over the stove using the towel to trap the steam and breath it in. Take breaks inbetween and do for about 3-5 minutes (or less time if needed). Repeat again next day if necessary. But by the next morning I could fully speak and my lungs/throat felt amazing. I was so greatful that my MD gave me this advice. It worked like magic and I highly recommend Osha Roots use. I recently bought some to have on hand if needed. This order came in smelling wonderful and fresh. They even added a card with my name on it, which was a sweet personal touch. Thank you for the great product!

These are more expensive but highest quality

My best friend has bronchitis and another bff gave me some of hers to try. Works great. Just put small amount in mouth and chew or you can make a tea.

Great product. I mixed it in a fermentation and its December and no colds yet.

It's not 2$ per oz as it says. It's 32$ per oz. Rip off. False advertising
