Great Toasted and Untoasted
Have looked for a tasty flavor, NOT wheat bread for a couple of years. Found this one Bfree Seeded Brown, 14.11 Oz. The overly fiber tastelessness of other gluten free breads is a thing of the past. I found it frozen at two of our health food stores. But, the loaves were always slightly compressed (wrinkled) at one side or the other which made the slices difficult to pry apart from the frozen loaf. So I thought I'll try freezing and storing the loaves myself, ordering the box of 12 loaves. The boxed bread came tightly packed unfrozen/fresh loaves. The unfrozen slices kept calling my name, and sure enough I had to eat one, then two, it was sooooo fresh and tasty. I carefully froze each loaf, so none were pressed against any other frozen items in our freezer. Now, each slice comes apart easily. The slices are cut length wise. To eliminate tearing or holes, I use directly from the frozen loaf, toast a slice slightly for thawing or more for toast. The bread CANNOT be stored unfrozen for days like wheat bread. There is no gluten free bread made which can be stored effectively without freezing. This review is written after my second shipment in three months.

All 3 loaves arrived in good shape. Put 2 in freezer for extended use later
Gluten and lactose free sandwich bread. Toasts well too.

Why did the recipe change without notice, fiber, protein & carbs?
The recipe changed and protein and fiber was reduced greatly but no mention on package. I am so disappointed and the slices are smaller. I have frozen bread from one recipe and new recipe to compare. It’s so strange of a company to do that and not label it. Been buying this bread for 5 years and very upset. The taste is not that different but the difference in nutrients is enough to cause me to look for another company now.

Delicious and dense
Since I have to cut back on gluten, this was quite a nice, delicious surprise.

Poor flavor, Very Pricey
I've recently gone gluten-free and am trying to find bread products that are satisfying. I decided to make the financial plunge of a $15+ loaf of bread and was very disappointed. The dry texture and flavor just didn't make it worth it, regardless of price.
