Delicious seasoning
I didn't know what za'atar was until I went to a Mediterranean restaurant that had some bread with za'atar seasoning on it. I can make something very similar with this. Drizzle pita generously with olive oil, this seasoning, and a spritz of lemon juice to taste and then toast it to your liking for a nice, savory snack. I also like to add salt because this isn't very salty to me. I like that the container is cardboard (less plastic) and the seasoning itself seems fresh. For the price I wish there were a little more of it, but overall it's very good.
