I love these things! Whenever I need a quick pick me up and hydration, I'll put one of these in my water bottle. Right now I am digging the peach flavor.Decent value for money, instead of convience store hydration drinks.Would recommend for anyone looking into a caffeine free way to give you that extra boost.

great hydration booster
my only complaint is thar I wish they came with no caffeine option. I deal with near daily migraines and have to constantly drink water, and having hydration boosters help, and these are great, but would like a no caffeine option.
