I was not expecting them to be this sharp. I'm an adult who's handled plenty of knives and scissors and yet I managed to nick myself more than once. You need to treat them with respect. The swivel function is so helpful, especially for awkward angles. I have slender fingers and they feel very comfortable in my hand. They cut hair beautifully. These are probably the last pair of sheers I'll ever need to buy.

If you trim your own beard, these are seriously so much better than using standard scissors. Take out fly aways super easy and can level the underside of your beard very easy. Wish I knew about these sooner! Very nice quality, i only had to use the little tool they came with to adjust tension a touch because they were a bit too loose. You should be able to hold the upper handle and open the scissors a couple inches and let the lower handle go and the scissors close most of the way, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch still open, if they close all the way they are too loose, if they close less than that they are too tight

I saw a lot of people complaining that the shares weren’t sharp enough but I think that is because they have not adjusted the tension on the blades. We have to know how the tension needs to be when using your shoes I just did mine and they were fantastic better than a lot of other professional brands that I have used in the past.

I am not a professional hair stylist, I just needed good scissors for trimming my bangs and it turns out, these are great for trimming brows too!These seem super sharp to me. I appreciate the little multi-tool that came with these. I used it to tighten the thumb ring and now it is juuusstt right. The case is nice too.

Mine already needed sharpening after 3 weeks but always I know how to use them before buying an expensive pair.

Literally my favorite pair of shears. Works just like the $500 shears I have . But I like the these better the swivel made all the difference for me and I'll never go back to buying the crazy expensive ones when these are budget friendly enough that I can get a extra pair and they stay sharp and last a really long long-time.. I just love them!!

Update: shears are holding up very well. Going to be nice to just get a new pair instead of paying for sharpening which cost the same amount.They are a little longer than the ones I've been using, so took a few days adjustment to longer length but so far so good. Using in a salon.

For the price of these shears, they are hard to beat.. I’ve been cutting with them everyday for the last few weeks and they are still good and sharp
