easy to modify (scissors) to fit your specific shoe. so far feel comfortable and there is arch support.i see what some customers are saying about the "new" smell, though my pair, on a scale of 1-10, it's a 3.5/4 on how strong it is.

I have an event this month where I have to stand around a lot, and the first week my feet hurt, so I went online to find an insole I could have shipped overnight, and these have made a huge difference. I hardly notice them, except that my feet no longer hurt.

Not very comfortable. Trimmed to fit the shoe but the insoles were not wide enough for my feet. The support did not match my foot and it was difficult to walk with these insoles.

Great. Replacement.. kind of stiff at first but it molds nicely to your feet. Better fit than I thought it would be. Love it

The white bits are harder rubber, while the black and red bits are softer foam. The seam between the white and red is right under the ball of my foot. It feels like I've got a stick permanently across my shoe. You might have better luck if your feet are substantially larger or smaller than my US12, but don't count on it. Perfect example of something designed to look good, despite completely compromizing functionality. These are going right in the trash, and I'm ordering a new pair of DrSholls arch support.

Not bad. Not as cushioned as some other ones I’ve tried, but it’s a decent replacement of the ones that were in my golf shoes.They do get a bit squishy, so I doubt they’ll last very long, but if they last a year, it’s worth the money at this incredible price!There is a scent. And I don’t mind it. Kinda nice.They’re a bit sweaty. I felt that right away when the heat came on. May be they’ll get too moist, after a while? We’ll see.Size 10 fit perfectly into my golf shoes without trimming or adjusting. I think the cushioning is fine, initially, but again if it lasts a year I’m ok with that, I’ll just buy replacements again, if my golf shoes are still good.I just wished it was a bit firmer, so there is less squishy movement. But for the time being they’ll do.
