We have six of these boxes and the are made very well.They work great.

The item in the picture has large castors on it, I got one with tiny rolling wheels that only roll one directions, customer service isn’t of any help

This was the best investment we’ve done for our catering events. It’s impressive how long this keeps bbq hot/warm. I would highly recommend this for anyone who does catering or hosts large family gatherings!! Great product for the price. We purchased2 of these and planning to get a third one soon.

I have been using NSF approved pans for three Carlisle I have in the past. This is a new addition, I like the fact that I can add more pans but the same size as Carlisle. Vevor gives me additional 4 2 inch pans. However, the pans I have been using felt short on width, I don’t think this is the standard size pan. I am hoping if anyone can help what pan would go good with this. I don’t want to return this, but having problems with pan falling down.

Works fantastic! Food was still warm a day later

It was nice size used it the day i received kept everything warm.

The 109 quart model 102A will only hold 4 pans that are 6" deep, not 5 like the description states. I contacted Vevor and asked how the inside 25" height could handle 5 pans, 5 times 6 equal 30". Their response was "the technician doesn't understand my question". The photo I've included shows 6" deep pans and was only able to fit 4 pans in the box. The vendors picture should show 4" not 6".
