Essie gel polish is the longest wearing polish I’ve ever purchased. I bought my first bottle by accident and was worried it was actually gel polish that you had to heat with a lamp. I bought this for pedicures as I get my nails done professionally. I’ve had this on my toes for 2 weeks and not a chip. I will have to redo them but only because of nail growth. On the bottle it says Step 1. Essie has a gel clear coat which is Step 2. I did purchase it but I think you could probably use clear coat of your choice. The polish is on the pricey side but the way it lasts and the beautiful color is worth it to me. I don’t think removal will be an issue. By far the best polish I’ve purchased!

Best nail polish! I am not a nail polish girly at all. I bought this and I am now hooked! I have purchased 3 other bottles since this one. Goes on so easy and streak free. Nails shine and the polish stays on for a very long time.
