Best sunglasses you can buy!
This is my 5th pair of Randolph Aviators, first time purchasing them on Amazon, though. There is no better pair of sunglasses than Randolph. They are sturdy as hell, they fit great, and their lens tech is awesome. There is no reason that I need five pairs of sunglasses, but I have no doubt that I will be purchasing a sixth pair of Randolphs at some point in the near future. They are the best. It’s not up for debate.

Perfect in every way
I spent more on a pair of Randolph gold aviators than I have ever spent on sunglasses. I will probably never buy another brand. When they warranty these for life, they mean it.After four years of daily wear the frames finally cracked and a lens popped out. I sent them to Randolph with a letter indicating the problem. I tracked the package. It was received and within the hour I had an email indicating all was covered and the glasses were shipped back within a few days. They fixed the frames, replaced the damaged lens, and put new nose pads on. I cannot remember ever receiving the customer service I have received from Randolph. They are amazing. Unbelievable. Perfect. Also, the style is timeless!

Love these sunglasses. Excellent design and craftmanship.
Can't speak highly enough of these sunglasses. I get ocular migraines and have found that glare off auto glass and snow is a trigger (I live at high altitude). So sunglasses are a must for me, but cheap ones make me motion sick due to the optical distortion. I went on the hunt for "me" sunglasses that were right for my narrow face and eye spacing and look darned good. I tried Rayban aviators before these. They were okay, but there was too much reflection on the back side of the lenses and I found being able to see unimportant objects--including my own eyes--distracting. They also tended to fall off my face. I always found myself wishing I could afford to try those Randolphs I discovered just after purchasing the Raybans.Well, recently, I lost them and finally sprung for a nice birthday gift for myself. I'm so glad that I did. Thanks partially to 3 width choices, these have very little optical distortion as well as an effective anti-glare coating on the back of the lenses. They also are incredibly well made and timeless in their design. I wasn't originally a huge fan of the bayonet style arms, but after using them, I totally get it. They're super comfortable and they feel just as secure as standard arms. You can also easily slip them into a motorcycle helmet (or flight helmet if that's your thing). I can't imagine ever wanting anything else. I've found my 'me' glasses.

Absolute Quality and customer service!
Being a first time Randolph customer I was a bit unsure about the sizing. I get it, a millimeter is a millimeter right? However I ended up getting 2 pair which I had to return because the sizing was off. The return was hassle free as always and I ordered a pair of 58mm classics the same day. Upon arrival they were packaged in an outer box, with a sunglass case, cleaning cloth, warranty card and literature. The presentation itself sets Randolph apart. To be clear: I am a sunglass enthusiast. I have Oakley, Spy, Ray Ban, Electric, Arnette and Costas and let me tell you, I’m going to thin the herd..... Randolph Engineering glasses have the style, fit and finish of what I would expect of a USA made product to be. The prices actually are quite reasonable in my opinion and reflect the glasses quality. This is my first pair but definitely not my last.Of note: when I returned the initial pair I was greeted by an email from Ashely at Randolph to discuss the issue. Even though it was “operator error” they took the time to follow up. It was not a cookie cutter email either, this company is the real deal. Additionally, I get it, they’ve been around for quite sometime but I’m speaking to you as a first time buyer, so I’m waiting for somebody to tell me “welcome to the club”Lastly, have no fear when ordering from Amazon. The Randolph website or amazon, either way you are getting what you pay for!

Best sunglasses I’ve ever had.
For decades I’ve worn Ray Bans and Oakleys but I have to say that the Randolph’s I bought are the of them all. There is a noticeable quality in them and they are perfect.I plan on getting a prescription pair next.

Their best lens
I think these are on par with Maui Jim lenses. Maui jims give more contrast (depends on the lens) but these give contrast to specific colors like green and give clarity to shaded areas. These are specifically geared to aviation but work as great everyday lenses as well

Switched from AO Aviators
I have worn AO Aviators for 20 years. I love the style and the American history. I saw the Randolph version a few years ago and really loved the blue lenses, but $200 was too steep. (AO used to be less that $60) Well I broke one of my lenses and was shocked to see they were now $150. They could not sell me a new lens because AO retooled or something and the new lens wont fit old frames. So I said the heck with it and sprung for these.Review: They are stunning. The first thing I noticed was how light they are. I weighed them at 24 grams and my AO weighed 42 grams. The blue lenses are awesome and they feel great on my face. $200 is more than I want to spend, but I have worn this style forever. If you are an AO fan and on the fence, you wont be disappointed. Plus hand tooled American made with a lifetime warranty. Sold
