The media could not be loaded. This Olsky massage gun id effective for after workout muscle soreness. It is USB rechargeable, so you do not have to deal with a cord. It comes with 8 different heads to effectively hit all of your sore spots. The manual gives you instructions for the use of each attachment. It has 30 levels of intensity as well as a long lasting battery. It is portable so you can take it along with you where ever you need it. I have purchased multiple massage guns to gift to friends as I find them highly useful and helpful. I recommend this Olsky massage gun, you will enjoy it too.

The battery doesnt last very long. The massage gun comes with many different ends for different functions. This massage gun is easy to control and very effective.

This Massage Gun Helps Me to Recover a Muscle Strain or Pull after Tennis
This massage gun worked well for me to work a muscle cramp out of my leg after playing tennis. I also find that if I wake up with a muscle cramp in a shoulder or calf muscle the massage gun helps me to relieve the cramping by using it two of three times throughout the day for 7 to 15 minutes each time.
