Recently I’ve been feeling pre-workout is out of style and after using these I honestly might never use pre-workout again. Not only does it give me a boost for the gym but it’s super effective for studying and even before work. I feel good after using them and i most importantly love the fruity flavor. This was twice the price of Grinds yet I wanted to try it as a caffeine pouch. I'm not saying it doesn't work yet I can't tell. I will say this though, and of course this is just one opinion, when you open the can, it has a funky smell. Yes, you smell something that seems like mint but there is this off-smell.The pouches are small (which is nice, because they fit comfortably in your mouth without looking like you are "chewing"), thin (for flavor release) and hold up without breaking. The flavor keeps coming.That flavor however, is weird. I didn't hate it yet I didn't enjoy it either. It's strange. Because of that and the price, it wasn't a great experience. I can see a lot of people not liking it either. Some won't mind, of course.I'm a one-time purchase-and-done type of consumer on this product.

I love the concept of this product! As someone who lifts and doesn’t like to have to chug a bunch of preworkout, this stuff gives me the boost I need to get a great lift in. Love the Wintergreen mint flavor and hope to try some more in the future!

I wanted to start taking a different way other than from energy drinks! This was a great alternative, the taste lasts me 3hrs! Feels refreshing and energizing and the same time! Great quality pouches that are built to last! Will be buying more once I run out!
