Simply the best
I make Negronis that people rave about as the best they've ever had, and Antica Formula is my secret weapon. Campari is Campari, and there are plenty of great gins, but there is no sweet vermouth as good as this. It is so rich, smooth and delicious. it lifts a Negroni to a quality level above the rest. Not cheap, but worth it.

The best option for a great negroni
Best vermouth for a negroni, I've tried several others but this is the best of the best imho...If you haven't tried it - you should, the only problem is you may end up over indulging!

Excellent for a negroni
As expected. Excellent vermouth which I would even drink on its own. Will buy again.

Negronis taste so much better with this.
I'm a bit partial to a Negroni every now and then, but was never satisfied with the home made ones over those you get in a decent bar. Until, I found this! This vermouth is so much smoother than the other brand I was using and although it's more expensive, it is definitely worth it. It comes in a half bottle size which is also convenient for me as it means I'm not having a full size bottle opened for so long as it doesn't last forever once opened.

Deep and smooth vermouth
Makes a fantastic negroni - bold, but shines through the campari. Nice and complex, lots of dried fruits and fruitcake flavours. Excellent at Christmas as an aperitif and also works well in a Manhattan.

Fruity!
I bought this to mix manhattan's with having read that it's great in those, and now having tried it for myself I can verify that it is just that!I'm far from an expert when it comes to drinks such as vermouth, however I will say that I've sampled it on its own too and it's absolutely delicious! Bursting with flavour, frutiness and great depth.A bit of a treat given its price tag however if you're serious about vermouth and are yet to try this then I'd say you definitely should!

The best sweet red vermouth
It makes a great Negroni (with equal quantities of Campari and Tanqueray) but its raison d'être is the quintessential Martinez: offend the pseuds by pairing this with an equal quantity of Tanqueray and then maybe a little maraschino liqueur and a dash of bitters of your choice for the (nowadays) daringly sweet original Martini protoype.

The best for a Negroni.
This, is the best for a negroni. Its also a good sized bottle. Paired with the One Apple & Sage gin and campari, they all complement each other perfectly!
