This is my easiest supplement to take. 7 drops daily. Easy on my stomach. The bottle lasts several months.

I have taken this product for years. Might sound odd, but it helps me immensely with muscle cramps. If I don't take it for one day, I get muscle cramps. I take it and I don't!

I am in the process of detoxing sulfites from my diet so I use this along with another product and my sulfites are very low now. I had very high sulfites and needed to lower them

I like having these liquid minerials around if i need a few drops vs a 250 mcg which is way to much when i might only use a drop or two.

It's difficult to review a product like this. I purchased because it was recommended to me by someone to help with Restless Leg Syndrome. I suffer from this problem on a regular basis and always looking for something to relieve it. I haven't used this product because I've been unable to find sufficient information about dosage. How much is enough? How much is too much? Is it helpful?
