I honestly really thought that this product was going to be sub par ... BUT HOLY MOLY it is an amazing product! You literally throw in a few pounds of beef (could be any cut - chuck roast, london broil, ribeye...etc.) into a crockpot, throw in about 4 cups of water, or in my case, 1.5 cups of broth and 2 cups of water, throw in the Birria Bomb, wait about 4 hours, and BOOM, you're done. Now here's what makes me angry ... as soon as I tried the birria broth, it tasted EXACTLY if not better than what all of my local mexican restaurants are serving. Except my birria broth was warm and full of aroma. Now here's why I'm angry - birria tacos are the new "trendy" thing at Mexican restaurants. They're tasty AND expensive. Yet here I was, not spending that much more for extensively more per serving! The shredded beef I cooked went right into some corn tortillas I threw into a frying pan. The birria tacos I made came out perfectly. I added cilantro and onions and used the broth to dip it in. Absolutely amazing! For the same cost of 2 birria taco plates, I yielded about 40 tacos and plenty of broth. The leftover broth will be going tomorrow into a birria ramen (using udon noodles). And guess what? I still have one more bomb left for a future meal! This is seriously one of the best things to ever come out and beats "the pros" at every step, you just gotta be willing to put in the extra work (cooking, waiting, frying, plating, etc.).

The whole concept is genius. I wanted to make birria tacos for this last cinco de mayo. I googled “easy birria recipe” and the ingredient list was miles long, with a bunch of different ingredients I didn’t think my local store would carry. Then I came across the birria bomb and figured I’d give it a shot!Honestly at first the smell of the spices was throwing me off. Didn’t smell like the birria I was familiar with at the restaurants. But after it was cooking for a bit in the crockpot with the beef, the smell began to get more familiar.It turned out great!! You can taste the different peppers and the cinnamon in there. I used 2.5lbs of meat and 1 of the bombs and it was very nicely seasoned. Love that the package comes with 2 bombs. Super easy and delicious!

These things are phenomenal. Don’t let the price deter you from buying these. I throw a roast in the crockpot 4 cups of water and one of these bombs and I’ve got the yummiest birria meat ever. You can make tacos, quesadillas, protein, bowls, nachos, burritos or anything else you would make with shredded beef. You should get these and then serve it to your family and make them think you slaved over a stove and oven all day to make this amazing meal for them.

This made making Birria so easy. I put the bomb and meat in a slow cooker, then a walked a way. Several hours later all I needed to add were onions, cilantro, cheese and lime and we had tacos. They were delicious and easy. The bombs arrived quickly and packaged well. I will definitely purchase again.

This seasoning bomb is a total win! My husband used it to make birria tacos and the flavor was rich, bold, and super authentic. It made the process so quick and easy, and everyone in my house loved it.Will definitely keep buying.

Tried these for the first time yesterday after seeing them all over tik tok. This was a hit with my family and oh so easy to prepare! Flavor and smell is amazing! Husband said we need to keep this in our dinner rotation! Highly recommend!

Do not buy these! 😁 These have ruined me for any other taco in the world. I made it with one bomb, 32 oz of beef broth and 3 lbs of chuck roast in the crockpot. Dipped flour tortillas in the juice, threw them in a pan and added some meat and mozzarella to grill. Amazing! I added chopped cilantro and onion as garnish. Dipped them in the leftover consume that is made while cooking. OMG! Can’t wait to make the for the fam at the beach in a couple weeks!

Really good flavor. Easy to use just throw your meat and the bomb in a crockpot. I would have like to see more then two Birria bombs in the bag for that price.
