Good price for money

If you want a brand and product you can trust, Optimum Nutrition (ON) is one of if not the most well known in the industry and this is another solid offering from them.It contains not only creatine, but also other nutrients such a magnesium, zinc and vitamin B12 which all help with sleep making it a great pre-bed drink. Taste wise the orange flavour is very pleasant and a nice changed from unflavoured! Most importantly I still feel the creatine working and more performance elevated as a result of supplementing with it.Despite being a creatine advertised and focused product, the creatine is not even half of the serving (3g of a 7g serving) and this alone is not even enough for my needs (5g). The RRP is also on the high side, with 350g over double what I can find my usual creatine powder for.- which is 100% creatine and at the of the day what I buy it for as I can get other nutrients in bulk for less.Overall, this is still good product and I would recommend it for those who are after the convenience that ON offers, but if you know your fitness and needs I would advise buying the creatine, vitamin etc. separately as it will be better for you value wise.

Really pleased with this creatine so far. The orange flavour is not bad at all, not too sweet, and it mixes easily without horrid lumps. This is designed for post workout recovery but I read that creatine is also great for women to take generally even if not for workouts, and I am enjoying taking it so far. This brand also seems like it is good quality, which is important to me when it comes to supplements.
