Have not used it yet - but I plan on using the required ingredients (water & oil) and adding chicken & smoked sausage. Depending on cooking method (oven, stove or streamer) will determine the water and oil amounts. Oven you will need (12 cups water & 1/4 cup oil) Stove you will need (11 1/2 cups of water & 1/4 cup oil) For Streamer ( 11 1/2 cup water & 1/4 cup oil) For the meats , 1 to 2 lbs. chicken and 1 1/4 lbs. smoke sausage. When I use a pkg. rice mixture, I always "doctor" it up with added fresh chopped onions, peppers, celery, tomatoes and even more than it ask for meats. MAKE IT YOUR OWN!
