I take a turmeric supplement every day, these tablets are small so easy to take and have o after taste. These tablets contain Turmeric, black pepper and vitamin C. The suggested dose is two tablets with food. Since taking these tablets, I've noticed a continued improvement in my joint pain and overall well-being. They are excellent value for money, and the quality is good. Also great that they are made in the UK. I recommend these for anyone looking for an effective and affordable turmeric supplement.

This particular turmeric supplement isn’t the best value for money. Mainly because the first ingredient on the list after having a look at the back of the bottle is a bulking agent.At about 6p per pill there are pure alternatives.On the positive side, I like that it also contains ginger and black pepper that should aide absorption and a little bit of vitamin C. I just wish that the first ingredient wasn’t the bulking agent as otherwise it’s a good strength pill which is small and compact and therefore easy to swallow without having to pay a lot more for a gummy version.

A good turmeric supplement. No taste at all which is great considering the ginger and black pepper added. Small enough to easily swallow which is a bonus.

Quite tiny tablets - 2 a day recommended - with a mix of turmeric and black pepper (said to improve the body's absorption of beneficial turmeric compounds), these have no after-taste and are easy to take. I cannot say for sure whether this particular supplement has helped with my arthritic pains and aches, but I don't believe it can be doing any harm.

Good ingredients, high levels of Curcumin, and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

I take turmeric for its anti inflammatory properties so decided to try this, also has added benefit of vit c. They seem ok, haven't noticed anything major but have only been taking them for a short while. Decent serving size and packaging is ok also

I've been taking these for a short while only, so I'm not sure whether they're actually working. I can only assume that they're doing what they're supposed to do and that they contain the active ingredients stated in the quantities which are printed on the label. I've certainly not noticed and adverse effects. They smell quite strong so I think they probably are quite potent. Time will tell how good they are, in the long run.
