After much googling, I finally settled on this for my first plastic free deodorant - and so far, so good!The packaging looks lovely and the deodorant smells lovely. More importantly, it works!!! I’ve used it during the hottest periods of the year and it has left me smell free and bone dry. Very happy! (I used to use Mitchum).Only negatives - the tubes are not big and the amount of deodorant inside each is not much. I’ve bought the mandarin one too and both seemed to be only half to three quarters full, and for almost £10, that’s a disappointment. The other negative is that the top of the cardboard tube gets caked in deodorant and then breaks down. It’s not the most robust packaging.Will I continue to use? Yes for now!!! However if I was on a tighter budget, I would need to think very carefully about it. Sustainability should not be just for the middle classes - I just wish these products were more affordable.

I really put this deodorant to the test when it arrived - I had been ill in bed with a virus and used it after a day I couldn’t get out of bed. I was very surprised at how effective it was freshening me up and neutralising odour. I felt a lot less grotty immediately. I’ve since been using it under more normal circumstances and it’s amazingly effective. It’s a bit different textured when applying it - but once you get used to how best to put it on it feels great.I will never go back to using chemical laden deodorants after this. It is expensive but it is worth it!

This product does the job. Love the fact it’s aluminium free and plastic free and a great smell and it seems to be lasting awhile which is good because it isn’t cheap.However, I find application tricky and not smooth. It suggests warming the product against your skin for a few moments but I still find it crumbly and thick, especially a rush compared to others I’ve tried. I end up using my fingers to apply it and sort of run it in. I have also found it quite difficult to push the deodorant up in the cardboard tube.

Unfortunately, this didn’t work at all. I put it to the real test during the heatwave and it failed me. While the packaging is cute and the scent is lovely, this product does next to nothing when it comes to concealing sweat or preventing BO. Sad as I sincerely wanted to like it.

This is a nice product that works well but is a little too hard to use if you have sensitive armpits. The stick is pretty hard so works best if applied slowly to give the top time to heat up a little for easier applying. However if I have just shaved I still find it a little sore when applying. It does flake off a little around the top as well so you do end up with little bits falling off on the floor. The product itself does work well and smells nice, it could just do with being a little softer.

I've had other deodorants similar to this where you simply push up the stick in order to get more deodorant but this one would not push up for love nor money - it was just stuck to the cardboard. I got my whole family to try and no one could do it. In the end, I had to use scissors to cut and then tear the edges so that I could actually make use of the deodorant. It's a nice scent and works well for what it's supposed to do, shame about the terrible packaging malfunction.

Love the scent (much nicer than the orange one imo) and it keeps me fresh for the whole day. Cardboard packaging solves the single use plastic issue but it might not survive being knocked around a damp swim/gym bag (I haven’t actually tested this theory!) takes a minute or so to soften on very cold British winter mornings but then goes on smoothly. Expensive, but significantly easier than making your own!

Literally, this is the most effective deodorant I've ever used. I can re-wear clothes more than I've ever been able to before.The pink grapefruit fragrance is better than it sounds, it's not actually a sour smell, more faintly sweet. And it also feels good to be using a deodorant that is free of plastic, triclosan and aluminium. I really couldn't ask for a better deodorant. I would highly recommend it.
