The media could not be loaded. Arrived fast and was well packaged. I love that it is collapsible, for easy storage. Let me just say, that I am truly impressed with this portable washer. I ran the wash cycle, in the house. It was easy to setup and had a low noise level when washing. There are suction cups on the bottom of the washer that keep it secure and in place.For the spin cycle, I took it outside to allow the water to drain in the yard. Once again, an easy process setting up the spin basket, and with the push of a button, the clothes are spinning! Be sure that the basket clicks when you assemble it. This will prevent the basket from collapsing during the spin cycle (user error). Please keep in mind that this is not a "dryer," there is no heat so your clothes will not completely dry. However, the spin cycle will spin out a lot of the water.This washer is effective, the clothes came out clean! I look forward to taking this on our next camping vacation! I totally recommend this washer.

This portable washing machine is pretty good. You can only fit a small amount of clothes to wash in it, as to be expected, but the dryer portion is absolutely tiny and borderline unusable and/or not worth it. That being said, it's convenient and stores easily due to its collapsible design. I had no issues with water leakage either through the plugged spout in the back nor leaking through the top lid (which doesn't seal very good). The suction feet also work very well.My biggest gripe is the loud high pitch whining. It's somewhat tolerable in the wash cycle as I think the water must cut out some of the sound, but when it's drying? WOW, it's annoying. I can hear it through all the closed doors and distance I try to put between myself and this washing machine (while it's in the drying cycle) and I can still hear the whining noise. I'm absolutely certain my neighbors can hear it as well. I'm attempting to sound proof it a little with some dampeners and if it doesn't lessen the amount of noise coming from it I'll likely have to return it as it's just way too loud to be used effectively.

An interesting and curious little machine. Her footprint is very small! She collapses and tucks away in very little space and when in operation, she is still very small and requires little space. I actually put her in my empty kitchen sink. That made for no drips anywhere that I'd have to stand and watch and wipe up if they happened, and they did not, other than transferring wet items out of the washer to put in the spin basket. Thus, the sink was the perfect spot.The washer can accommodate a few small items: socks, underwear, tea towels, slips, etc. She is not built for washing jeans, jackets, and so forth. I do believe you could do a tee-shirt, shorts, bathing suits, and the like. I did a couple of tea towels and a bathroom hand towel. That was pushing her limits. The spinning I did one item at a time to ensure good water removal. That worked out well.This is not a machine for doing regular laundry. It would suffice for a dormitory or a camper situation to wash socks/underwear/bathing suits, that kind of smalls. If you are someone who wears a lot of clothing that requires a delicate cycle, I think this would work fine.For my usage, a full-size washer is best. Some folks might find good use of a machine this small. It is very quiet, even in spin cycle.

The media could not be loaded. This product is easy to use and has a quick set up time. It’s foldable with a handle which makes traveling with it a breeze. It doesn’t take up too much space and does a good job cleaning the clothes. With that being said this is a smaller capacity washer, meaning not to over load it or try washing too big of a load. I found it works great for my socks or my delicate underwear that I would wash separately. It saves time, water, and electricity vs doing a load on my regular washer. This is a great item to have and I plan to take it on my next camping trip. It isn’t too loud and will make washing a lot easier. This is just a washer so I recommend wringing out the clothes by hand before setting the spin cycle and make sure the basket clicks into place before starting

It spun the shirt out nearly bone dry - see video.* Portability: Easy to move around and set up, which is perfect for small spaces or for those on the go. * Value for Money: For the price, the quality and functionality are top-notch. Cons:* A more detailed guide or perhaps a video tutorial would be extremely helpful. It wasn't clear to me whether to use the basket in the wash cycle. I didn't, and it worked out perfectly.Overall, if you're looking for a compact, reliable portable washing machine, this is a solid choice!

I think it’s a good product for small items like socks, underwear, 1 shirt - you need to put light items, otherwise, it will not clean properly. It’s definitely not made for jeans or any pants.

Good for small pieces like underwear or baby clothes. Is like a delicate wash. Doesn’t dry very good, the spinning power is not enough to dry well but at least is good to wash in a gentle mood. Ok for the price.
