Matt-These grips are amazing! They have made my arms look more fuller, they are stronger, these grips force me to utilize more of the muscle I’m targeting, it feels like they open my muscle fibers up, if that makes sense sense. This grip forces me to isolate. As you can see I’ve ordered many sets just for home. I don’t want a bar without this grip on it. Any bar without a Fat Gripz on it is naked from now on!!!!! Absolutely am in love with my arms. I’ve never received more comments on my arms. My patients are telling me I should be in the NFL and not a nurse! lol!

-I bought this smaller size after buying the larger diameter for my boyfriend in May. I needed to start with lighter weights when first using the Gripz, and I bought this smaller diameter because my grip strength doesn't allow me to use the thicker one with the weights we currently own. I love this size for my use. For my boyfriend who has been training regularly for several years, the larger size was perfect.-His are still in great shape with no obvious wear and tear after 6 months of regular use in weightlifting. Mine are new but I assume the quality will be the same.-We move it from the TRX to the barbell to the dumbells in any given workout. I was worried the constant opening and closing of the Gripz around the different handles would ruin the product, but they have held up great so far.-There was a definite positive difference in forearm strength, wrist and grip strength, brachialis, and muscle definition within a short time frame.-Perfect for adding a new challenge to routines, and useful for overall strength development, not just a toy that will be useless after a few weeks.-I think it was a good value, worth the price.-Doesn't work with our kettlebells, not a secure fit

Absolutely love these. Pull-up bar, Oly bar, curl bar. Not too big or too small. I'm 6'4" 215, normal size hands. Very grippy and worth every penny. Immediately feel the difference. Works way better than expected. A++. 100% recommend this size
