Really good gels, nice taste and good caffeine hit. These are really easy to swallow, not gloomy like others, quite watery so easy to use.

Great value for money.
I bought these as I'm a keen hockey player, and these were on special offer on Amazon prime day with great value for money. I preferred these over the gel version as they are easier to consume and leave less of a sticky residue in the mouth but has the same amount of caffeine and glucose in them. The strength of the caffeine in glucose in the aqua gel is perfect for a little boost in energy before and in the middle of my hockey game.

Go to fueling for long cycles
Easy to consume (especially the aqua variant), no gut issues, easily stowed/accessed from anywhere. These really keep you going as long as you remember to take them! Set a timer on long activities if you need to. Only minor complaint is that they are sometimes hard to open, especially one handed with teeth, and you might end up a bit sticky!

Effective but unpleasant It
It gives a noticeable energy boost during runs, but the texture is thick and oily, and the taste isn’t great. I’ll use up what I’ve got, but I won’t be buying it again.

Energy boost
Loved the gel aqua, easier to process than normal gel and doesn't require you to take on water, nice not to have to carry a bottle through a long run. It did not feel like you had to take on board as many gels to maintain performance.
