Does a good job of protecting any areas of sensitive skin during a workout. Seems pretty grippy, adheres well and is easy to tear by hand so very practical.

Used for hook grip tape at a CrossFit class, and also to keep a plaster secure that was protecting a blister. Tape stayed secure throughout the class no issue. Tape adhesive is excellent, and can be easily ripped using one hand to obtain the right length. Also excellent value for money, with the 3 rolls in the pack. Will buy again!

This is great weightlifting tape. I use it for CrossFit and it stays on my thumbs, even if I'm sweating. But still comes off quite nicely at the end and doesn't leave any residue.

Easy to use and tear , very protective , use it when I have torn skin after kettlebell or mace to protect the damage whilst I carry on training

The bandage is really good material but be careful to apply it correctly and loosely as well because when you put it on initially it tightens up. The first time I applied some myself it nearly throttled my hand!!
