My granddaughters had an old magnetic set that fell apart. When looking for a replacement, I was disappointed that all I could find were highly sexualized. This set looks sweet and innocent and the girls love it. They keep it on the side of my fridge and play with it often.

This dress-up doll is cute, and the magnetic accessories will offer many different dress-up options, but if you have wet little fingers or spill some water on the doll or accessories, the patterns will separate from the magnets that they are attached to.Also, the back of the doll is not magnetic, only the magnetic "accessories" that are for the doll.Not a horrible toy though, and is fine for in the car on long road trips, as long as they don't get wet at all.Over time, the edges of the patterns will separate from the magnets no matter how careful you are, but most kids won't play constantly with a toy for hours and days on end, so it is possible the doll and her accessories will hold up well for as long as it holds the interest of the child.
