Kaiser Spring Form Pan
I really liked the lip to catch if anything leaked out…Nothing did. I had a Kaiser Spring Form Pan that was about 15 - 20 years old I made two Cheesecakes that day..I released the new pan first no problem…but, the older pan even though I had butter it….it was still a little hard to release. I threw the old one out and purchased a second new one. My Grandson likes my cheesecake so much that if I am making one for an event, I make a second to be sure he has some to take home.LOVE THIS PAN

Great Pan
I finally received kaiser springform pan.. It took a little over 3 wks to arrive, and there was a small shipping cost. It is a very nice pan, and seems to be well made. They also included a small hand held receipt book.

Die Original Kaiser Inspiration Springform ist ein Muss für jeden Bäcker! Die Antihaftbeschichtung sorgt dafür, dass der Kuchen leicht herausgelöst werden kann, ohne dass etwas kleben bleibt. Die Form ist stabil und verteilt die Hitze gleichmäßig für perfekte Backergebnisse. Eine zweite Springform lohnt sich definitiv, um mehrere Kuchen gleichzeitig oder nacheinander zu backen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
