Some parts look a bit flimsy, but in practice it all works well. Ive had it in operation for 3 weeks and no problems, but its too early to say how well it will last in use

metal arch bent so drum did not rotate freely
This is the second unit I've ordered, the first was great, robust and worked well. However the second unit arrived with the metal arch bent which stopped the reel rotating freely. I've had to go through the pain of returning the unit but have reordered another one. Hopefully the replacement unit will be ok.Update - second unit arrived, worked perfectly.

Good reels, and work freely. Only thing I don't like is the lock for the reel. It's flemsey and has a tendency to lock on if you don't hold the reel at the correct angle when rolling out. But is a great price considering the price of other brands.
