Way too many door salesman, scammers and random people showing up at the door these days, every house needs a video doorbell now just to avoid them. For safety sake, really do get one. Pretty good price without having to shell out for a big named brand.Onto the actual doorbell, it's pretty easy to setup, and it has great image and sound quality. The camera has good wide angle so it can capture quite a bit and also useful nightvision when needed. The battery is still on the first charge, since I bought it about a month ago so good battery life so far.

At first it was easy to set up and worked well, I even recommended it for my mother to get one but within two months I noticed my one was draining the battery very quickly. I had to keep recharging it every 4/5 days instead of the 3 months recommended. Then the mobile ringer stopped working, then the doorbell lost the internet and refused to reconnect. Still under the one year guarantee, I tried contacting the company’s service department 5 times over a month but I never got a reply back from them. I contacted Amazon who were brilliant and I sent it back for a full refund.Mums doorbell is fine and is working okay so far. I probably had a duff one but unfortunately their service dept let them down awfully. If you buy this then don’t expect any back up from them.

This is an excellent replacement for my ring doorbell . Great quality , good battery life , picture quality is great . Most important thing is no monthly cost .Very happy

This is a very good quality doorbell, both the doorbell itself and the video quality. It’s very easy to install, setting up the app took no more than a minute which is awesome.I gave it a 4 star rating though because 1) the chime requires 3 batteries instead of being one that plugs into the wall 2) it doesn’t offer rich text notifications so you can’t see a preview of who is at the door until you open the app. This only works when someone rings the doorbell but I’d prefer to see a preview with every motion.What I love about it is:- the adjustable bracket means you can mount it to suit your settings and change it as you need- the video quality is very very good- the motion detection is goodI’ve been using this for my back garden so not expecting any ringing of the doorbell. As a result, I’m not using the Chime. The app notifications suffice.

This is an upgrade from the J7 version to the J10.Good points - very easy to set up, picture quality much better, built in corner bracket for adjustment, comes with internal sounder.Negative points in my opinion - on/off is carried out by bell push button- someone could turn it off. The internal storage card can be removed whilst still in bracket, someone could remove this.Overall I’m not disappointed and I would still buy again.

The camera was fantastic however, in order to charge the doorbell I couldn't undo the screw to get it off the wall.I had to yank it from the wall but still I couldn't undo the screw, I have bought a ring doorbell now.
