I've tried this cream on several different occasions and it seems to work. I have no ovaries and had a hysterectomy before having ovaries removed. It's not been fun dealing with dryness and shrinkage. I really feel like this stuff puts "something" back into my system that I am lacking. I think I am going to use more often and see how much of a difference this makes on a regular regimen. If it can lessen my hot flashes, I will come back and add to my review.

This cream has a very light but pleasant scent. It seems to absorb quickly, however I would definitely recommend doing a few 'patch tests' on different areas of the body. I first tried this on my inner arm, my skin there is softer so i figured it would absorb better, than say my hands that have some callouses. After the first application my skin started tingling it wasn't painful, but it wasn't pleasant either. I reapplied to the same area the next day and didn't get the same kind of reaction, so I think the application of this may be similar to the various facial use chemicals where you need to start out with very small 'low dose' amounts and gradually work your way up. Aside from the burning/tingling of that first application I have no complaints.

Easily applied; absorbs into skin nicely without leaving a sticky or greasy feeling on my skin.I’m still on the fence about the scent. Smells strong to me and I can definitely get a “yam” type scent but it does dissipate.The contents of the jar should last me a while; not much needs to be applied.Only applied a couple of days so too early to tell if it performs as described.

This is the second product from this brand. This cream did not disappoint. My wife really likes the quality and effectiveness of this brand's wild yam cream. A little dab goes a long way for her to relieve her menopausal symptoms and she says it does work for her at night for a much better sleep. The cream has no distinguishable smell, just very naturally pleasant - truly almost fragrance free. It is a light density cream that is non-oily and does not irritate her very sensitive skin. The cream comes in a heavy glass jar. She is very happy with this product.

I ordered this product because I’ve used other wild yam creams in the past and like the health benefits. For the price this is a fairly sized container of product. The ingredients are organic and the cream is rich and thick, but it quickly absorbs into the skin. The cream has a really pleasing scent - not floral or herbal, but a powdery, clean smell. I really enjoy using this!
