This product is effective and works when you use it consistently. My favorite way to use this product is as a pre-poo conditioner applied to scalp and hairovernight with a plastic shower bag/cap, shampoo out and deep condition the next day. I also use it a couple times a week as a leave in conditioner, using only small amounts. It definitely has that strong, distinctive, burnt coffee, tobacco smell, but I can live with it.

I like the smell I've read reviews about the smell of this product but it is over exaggerated in my opinion, the smell is very much lighter. You must rub it in your hands to break down the oily solids before applying to your hair or skin but it smooths out nicely. The one big thing I want to say is that the product really, really works. I was basically bald at the top of my head, I started applying the oil the very day I got it which was about 2 weeks ago. I have new hair growth all over the top of my head. It's amazing! I'm very excited and pleased with how it works.

I’m sure this works but the burnt smell is too strong for me…

I was skeptical using this, but literally my hair has grown 4 inches in 3 weeks I can’t believe it!! The only downside of using it I mean if you think this is a downside is it smells like a campfire! But I like that smell. I’m even growing new hair my hair is getting thicker and I actually have hair growing on my eyebrows I haven’t had hair grow there in 20 years! I definitely recommend if you want your hair to start growing

I grew 2 inches of new hair in 2 months! My hair stylist was blown away. It does smell like a moldy bonfire but after trying diy fermented rice water this is much better. I use it twice a week with coconut oil and before the coconut oil didn’t do much on its own I use it to dilute and more evenly spread the oil. It’s fantastic!!!

It doesn't do what it was advertised to do which is grow hair and it has a strong smell of burnt food. I can't wear it out in public because the burnt smell is very strong. I used it for 6 weeks and no signs of hair growth was observed.

I used it on my scalp and hair. Smells almost like burnt coffee but still pleasant. Melts and spreads easily however you must cover hair if you leave it overnight. Will stain pillow and pillow covers/cases. But it seems to stop black hair from shrinking and I will definitely purchase again 🙂
