Q: How can I contact seller? My set of 2 only came with 1 good one. The other is leaked all into the package and has dried up glue over the bottle

Q: How do you remove this adhesive?

I use baby oil gel on the eyelids and let it soak for a few minutes and use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes to wipe it off or/and use Garnier micellar cleansing water (green lid) to clean it off easily! For the lashes, I dropped couple drops of Garnier micellar cleansing water on them and let them soak over night and use the same thing to clean it off before reused them the next time! My lashes usually last at least a few months per pair!
