If you are looking for a strong pre-workout this is for you. I only take a half a scoop because it’s so strong.

This was for the hubby, who loves anything and everything energy, caffeine and most importantly, fruit punch. He loves this stuff, easy to mix, dissolves quick an blends well. Easy to shake in a bottle of water. Great item, I know this will be on his list for awhile!

Very powerful pre-workout. This tastes good (as good as pre-workout can) and mixes well in a shaker bottle. I like the flavor and it is easy to drink.

This protein powder drink mix is pretty good. It does taste like the Hawaiian Punch flavor but has a little bit of an after taste that I couldn't get used to. It was a little difficult to mix together even in a blender bottle and ended up tasting a little foamy even after letting it settle. It's a good taste but a little more than I would pay for it.

This stuff isn't cheap, and it isn't for everyone's dietary preferences with a massive 300mg of caffeine and 1.5 grams of creatine nitrate. However, it is a very powerful pre-workout. Besides the caffeine, it has a 3-3-3 combination of 3 grams each of L-citrulline, L-arginine, and beta alanine. In particular, mixing L-citrulline and L-arginine is somewhat unusual in pre-workouts. I found I got an energy boost and an unusual level of pump. Endurance was about on par with other premium pre-workouts. The taste is fine, as is the mixability. I don't really care about flavors, but I liked the nod to Hawaiian Punch.I wouldn't choose this as an entry to pre-workouts. I am very used to caffeine and the chemicals found in pre-workouts, and even then I have had occasional stomach unease if I have this without enough food in my stomach. Nonetheless, if you're looking for a pre-workout that that delivers a big upfront boost, this is a great choice.

I use this product often and am always happy with the seller. However, I started to shop in person again and am surprised to find the product at least $10 dollars cheaper in reg brick and mortar stores. Hmmm

We like C4 for our pre-workout, and this was no exception. The taste and quality of their products is always superb. My husband actually took this one so I don’t have it at home anymore so that he could use it all to himself. It is very effective and it gives you just enough energy to get through your workout or sometimes just to get through your day. There are no shaky after effects or crashes.
