This is a great candle, not only it has a great lavender smell. The smell is not too strong to give you a headache. You can definitely leave it in room, or bathroom just for it's smell.Personally, I used this as a massage oil when you burn it you can use it as a massage oil. Soy candles doesn't get super hot it also takes a long time for it solidify once burned so depending on your skin you can use as a massage oil.I didn't see any sign that says do not use on the skin and didn't have any reaction to it either. So I guess it's safe to use as a massage candle even though it does not specifically mention that in the candle.Please note, I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I have bought this candle about 10 times. I LOVE it. The lavender isn't too strong and doesn't smell old ladyish. It smells light and clean. Since it's soy, it does burn down quicker. That's the only downfall but it is the better alternative to other candles from walmart or bath and body works. I will keep buying candles from this company as long as I'm able to!

Lovely candle. Seems natural as claimed. No crackling noise. No tunneling. No smoke. Constant flickering for the first 5 minutes after being lit (kind of annoying) then steady and still but flickers ever so often. The scent is subtle and not overpowering which is something I prefer. Although I get a headache and room gets stuffy quick (might just be me). It’s overall calming and gives me a sense of peace. I‘m looking forward to buy the vanilla one since I don’t really like the smell of lavender.For other reviewers who experienced tunneling, make sure you leave the candle lit for about 2 hours so that it melts to the edge thoroughly. Also, use coasters or heat resistant pads to prevent burn marks on surfaces.

This candle was marketed as a de-stressing, calming and relaxing candle. I bought this candle to light at night after long work days so I could free myself from the stress of the day and give myself the best shot to turn off and be able to fall asleep peacefully. The candle smells great and definitely has a soothing scent to it. Here is my problem: without the candle, I am stressed, my mind is cluttered and I have a very hard time turning the noise off and falling off to sleep. With the candle, I am able to relax and fall slowly into a slumber, leaving a candle flame unattended. Quite a pickle I find myself. To sleep or not to sleep, that is the question. Wish this candle came with someone to blow out this flame once I have drifted off to dreamland ...would be cool if they also tucked me while they were at it.

I really like the smell of this candle - it's not overwhelming but it's very fresh and of light lavender. It does take a while for the candle to burn before it begins emitting a smell so give it at least a day to start filling your room with a lavender scent!However, my biggest complaint is that this candle is extremely short-lived; I only used it for about 4 days (burning about 3 to 4 hours each day) before it was completely out of wax.This is a bit frustrating - and as a result, I won't be buying from Wax Oils again.

I have severe asthma and there are very few candles that I can use this is a WINNER ! The levander scent is beautiful and not overbearing ! I would suggest this for anyone who is sensitive to smells This candle is absolutely wonderful and I would buy it again And give it as a gift in a heartbeat ! I bought this candle for a decent sized room in my house, to give it some character and a nice soothing scent. I did some research and came across this brand. So far I've been burning this candle of and on over the last couple weeks and it's been awesome. The flame sometimes gets a wee bit big, but overall, the burn is smooth, even, and produces a mellow, lingering scent that provides the space with a chill vibe well after it's been extinguished. It's a good bang for your buck and I'd recommend the lavender candle to those who are looking to add a bit of relaxing vibe to whatever room.

My wife and I were given a gift card for Amazon after we had our 2nd child. We decided to spend some money on some candles so we could relax with our new arrival. Being that lavender is suppose to calm a person, we thought it was the perfect choice. The scent can always be a hit or miss of smelling like true lavender or more of a strong imitation smell. We were pleasantly surprised that when we burned the candle it smelled exactly like it should. My wife always sits in the chair near the candle because of the smell. It's a small candle but lasts a long time and we will purchase it again when it runs out.
