These capsules are white in color and are easy to swallow. I will advise these to the people who have crossed their 30s or have concerns about the bone health or along with calcium, vitamin D3 etc.

Don't see much improvement

Great laxative effect!!Writing this review after just one day of usage.I had heard about citrate as laxative in low carb groups. This works like a charm with in one dose I felt relieved.Though pricey but it’s worth it.

It improved my pain in left lag meaning it reduced 90% pain.It improved my Sleep. 9 daysIt reduced my Blood Glucose by 30%.I was having no hunger at or earlier time of my Breakfast.FBS remained below 100.Random Sugar reduced from 270,250,240 250 194 140 134 after 9 days.Bowl movement was normal at 1 time or 2 times made my stomach somewhat flat.Feet swelling Stoped.Itching on head mostly stopped.Dry Skin problem was rare.Feet looked clean as I washed feet more than my body.Quarreling with Wife almost reduced.THIS IS AFTER TAKING FOR 5! DAYS.This was not described by Indian Doctor but a Doctor in USA.
