Works great! Took about 30 minutes to reach max temp of 149 but made it!

Great customer service.
We promptly received our infrared sauna unit shipment and found an issue during unpacking. I spoke with Zonemel customer service and they quickly resolved the issue for me to my complete satisfaction.

Just what we needed!
The media could not be loaded. We received the wrong manual, but the support team was amazing & sent it via email, along with instruction videos on how to put it together. Pretty easy from there - the walls are already assembled, you just slide them in and fasten (with the exception of one piece, which took 2 guys & myself to maneuver in). My only other complaint is that the electrical cord has to go all the way from the front portion of the top/roof to your outlet, so it’s tight, it’s advised to not use an ext cord, so be sure you can place it immediately in front of your dedicated outlet. But works great and looks beautiful! (Note, I painted mine black)
