it cleanses, no burning, scent is not irritating. i have not seen changes in my skin but have not broken out which is good.

I really like the way this soap feels on my skin. I can’t say it makes my skin brighter, but it definitely cleans it. I have very sensitive facial skin and it has not caused me any irritation. It lathers nicely, but not exclusively. It has a decent smell that’s not overwhelmingly strong. I don’t have to use much in my face to get a nice clean which I like because the soap should last a while. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it.

This cleanser is a transparent gel. You do not need a lot ... a small amount goes a long way. The scent is subtle and pleasant. I do not feel it rinsed off cleanly - like my skin still had a bit of a film on it. This could be user error, however.

I have not used this product as a body wash, although it is listed as a face and body wash. I typically use cleansers only on my face. It's not very foaming, but I'm used to that as my go-to cleanser is a scrub type as opposed to a foaming one. This particular cleanser goes on very smooth and lathers a little as you wash it off. It doesn't have much of a scent and that's a plus for me! I don't particularly like overly-scented skincare products. I have not used it long enough to give an opinion on the hyperpigmentation/skin brightening properties of this product.

Don’t buy! Most of these reviews are from people that received it for free. It barely has any kojic acid and doesn’t foam up and is very watery. It also has a thousand ingredients for some reason and kojic is listed near the bottom so there is not much in this soap.
