I really like these clamps. I use them for my curl bar and on my bench press bar. They hold extremely well and are easy to use. They hold the weight plates better than the spring clamps for sure. I ended up liking these so much I ordered another set.

These work better than my other hexagon shaped clamps that seems to lose their grip over time.

I like these. The gym that we attend is fairly spread out snd they do not have good control about what item goes where. The weight plates are all mixed up, sometimes I have to look around to get the right sizes. Its the same with the keepers. I'll get set up for a workout and they might have keepers there, might notSometimes they have them but they're broken or bent, it just makes more sense to have my own. These quite a good deal and now I don't have to about chase around the place trying to find keepers. I also purchased a neck pad for doing back squats. Something else I don't have to chase around and it's not gross like the ones out on the floor.

Strong lock tab and a slender design i wouldn't ask for anything else

Easy to use

The gym I go to only have spring clips so I got these to carry with me. They look really smart and more importantly work great despite the relatively thin grip they have. I have no concerns whatsoever about them slipping off.
