The media could not be loaded. First and foremost what I loved about this travel pillow is how thick it is. I have a longer neck and a lot of pillows don't support it but this one is perfect. I could easily rest upon the side of the pillow if I wanted to sleep. Having the front tie is nice because it keeps the pillow firmly around your neck and I really enjoy the vibration feature on the back of the neck. You have a few different features with this, you can choose vibration intensity or different modes of vibration. Also you have the option of turning the heat on and having two different heat settings. The highest heat setting was very hot on the back of the neck but I feel would be good if you're sitting in a cold plane. I really like this pillow and I look forward to using it many times on flights.

I thought I was gonna love it since it has a massager and heat but the design of it due to the “cat ears” is very uncomfortable on the neck. Couldn’t use at all.

I love the comfort, heat, and massage features of this travel pillow! The vibration massage is relaxing, and the gentle heat is soothing. The pillow has excellent head support, keeping me from tilting or falling forward. It's soft, and has the right amount of firmness. I even use it at home while laying my head on the coach. It’s become an essential part of my relaxation routine!

This neck massager provides fantastic head support for napping in the car. Your head and neck is supported in all directions by soft yet firm cushioned fabric. Those of us who like to nap while a passenger in the car know the discomfort of a non supported head! Comfier has designed a head support that takes care of those issues.The heat setting allows low/medium/high heat levels, and the massage function provides 3 intensity levels as well as 3 massage modes. This pillow is adorable; I love the corgi details and the little paw prints! The vibration is nice but the thing I really like for how stiff my shoulders get is the heat. The only complaints I have are the pillow itself is a bit stiff; it keeps your head in a nice position but for neck pillows I prefer something softer. I would also like the vibration to not just be at the base of the neck; I'd love something that you can wrap around your neck like this but also vibrates on the shoulders, but for what it is I'm enjoying it.

The memory foam travel pillow is exactly what I was looking for, and the massage function is the cherry on top. For an upcoming overnight trip, I decided to upgrade from my previous bean-filled travel pillow, which was often tricky to adjust for optimal comfort. This new pillow, with its massage and heating features, seemed perfect. After testing it on my sofa to mimic an airplane seat, I found it incredibly comfortable and am thrilled with my choice. As a bonus, the pillow has an adorable cat design that makes it even better!

Too small. This thing is sized for a child not an adult. Because of the size it's not comfortable and doesn't fit right therefore it's not very helpful.

Used it right after fully charged, tested at highest heat and highest vibration together. Last about 12-15min. Recharged to full again (so I could test it with different settings) and then unplugged it. Ended up waiting half the day before testing it after recharging but it wouldn't turn on! Like it lost all the charge or something. I can only get it to turn on right after charging but it doesn't last long. The only thing it has going for it, is that it's cute and a decent travel plane pillow. Not worth the price.
