Keys and Cylinder were missing.After replacement, the cylinder provided was for 30mm door.Doesn't fit 40mm or above doors

Yale Mortice locks
Product as such was good. But the unfortunate part was out of 7 sets ordered, 6 were full sets and the 7th missed the handles.We do not expect this to happen from the seller—Yale and from Amazon as well.The quality of service is deteriorating from Amazon.

I got missing handle
I received a ripped box that was missing one handle, a spindle, and two escutcheons after it was delivered, and I requested a return and replacement.However, they did not respond.So pathetic from the Yale brand.

Poorly designed, not fit for door correctly, no place for screws

Received 500 locks without keys and now no one is supporting, and putting me in circles. Now they have blocked my number as well, pathetic
