Total rubbish, we should have sent the kennel back but the lady we ordered it for wanted it for feral cats, the box had obviously been used several times and the kennel itself was very warped and untrimmed.If I'd have had my way i would have definitely sent it back.DO NOT BUY TOTAL RIP OFF

Product arrived broken when requested a refund i was told couldn't be picked up I had to print off labels and take to the post office. I order on Amazon as I'm disabled and have no way to return so was left with a faulty product.

Rubbish cheap had to pay to post back £7.63
Cheap rubbish. Looks like a kids little tikes toy. Bought for a stray cat we have been looking after and it’s not fit to even do that job. Cheap plastic and far too big. Door is massive.Had to pay £7.63 to post back to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!!Don’t use this business
