Magic: The Gathering Duskmourn: House of Horror Collector Booster

This is a must have for MTG collectors, the artwork is great, you can build amazing decks, and the cards are sturdy and well made. My son had a blast opening these and seeing what treasures were inside! This makes a great gift!

I bought directly from Amazon. It was sealed correctly. Packs were legit and not resealed. I did get good rare lands and mystics in the package. I was happy with the pulls. I would buy again from them if it drops in price again.

I’ve been playing / collecting Magic for quite a while. I haven’t bought anything in a few years, but I was excited when this came out. Being a huge horror fan, I gave it a go (not to mention, it’s just in time for Halloween.) It came on time, safe and sound. I opened it up and really like everything that came in it. The box art is probably one of my favorite things, and a big reason I chose this particular bundle. The cards are really cool — some of them kind of surprised me, even if I had an idea what I was getting.I’m glad I pre-ordered it, and say it’s worth the money. I was a little worried I might regret it, since I’m in my twenties and it’s been a while since I bought something like this that came with extras. I (thankfully) wasn’t. I plan on putting the posters up sometime, and the art on everything is beautiful. I’m also happy because I’ve never had a die to use any time I’ve played, and now I do! If you really love the game or are a collector, I recommend! And if you’re into darker or horror-themed decks, these cards could make a really cool one!

If you can get in early and not overpay - it's a good way to try a set (if you like opening packs) w/o having to spend too much money. I prefer the "Gift Bundles" over the regular ones because they come with a Collector Booster but they are more expensive and not available for all sets.

I love this box set. The creepy tv with the moving image is a really nice touch. If you’re a fan of magic and horror I highly recommend this!

Great bundle the movie poster cards are cool and loved the cards I got in the collector packs

So the tv packaging is amazingly designed which is what makes it so disappointing that it’s throw away card stock, though the image shifting screen insert can be kept. I feel like for the price they could have made the interior box out of the more durable material they give you in the standard bundle packs. The posters are great, the dice is cool, as are the promo cards. So I don’t regret buying it and I doubt you will either. I have never gotten collector boosters before this but now that I have opened 2 I definitely don’t recommend them for the $25 price point, 4 cards have special art only one of which will be foil and the rest of the pack is like a normal booster except all foil common and uncommon with standard's art. I was thinking the whole pack was the alternate design cards. Foils are nice but to me it’s not worth the jump in price from a regular pack, I would rather just buy individual cards that I wanted than gamble on what could be in the pack. I looked up the individual value of each of the cards I got and the total retail value of each pack was around $15-18(if I bought each of the cards to recreate the pack) which means I could only sell the contents of the pack to a shop for about $7-9. So this pack feels worth buying for the extras once but 1 of these is probably enough for duskmourn fans out there unless you desperately want all the different promo cards. Happy casting magic fans!
