The product is good
The only problem I had was that the product leaked a little in the envelope (the reason for 4 stars). The product is very good, it makes my hair silky and helps to control frizz.

Happy with product
Considering what people say about pantene, I feel it can be used to scare monger. I've had no problems at all with any of pantene products and I absolutely love this product. Works wonders on my hair considering I bleach my hair. I'm just happy that I have been able to over look the bad criticisms and see for myself.
