I followed the recipe on the package, and the pizza was fabulous. The pan is also perfect for bubbly focaccia, too.

We bought this pan to make Detroit Style pizzas. It worked well, The bottom was evenly cooked. The sides came out with that Deroit Pizza crustiness, almost verging on burnt. We've also used it for other pizza styles. I make a pizza dough using Italian pizza flour that makes for a thick and airy crust and it worked well in this pan. I gave the bottom a start by putting it on a top element at medium-low heat for 4 minutes and then put it in the oven.Clean up was easy. I cleaned it by hand and nothing was stuck to the pan.If you want to try a different way to cook Pizza then this is a great choice, It is easier than trying to get a pizza onto a pizza stone because you can prep the pizza directly in the pan.

I ordered one of these Detroit Style Pizza Pans as a trial. As soon as I opened it, I knew it was a winner, and immediately ordered a second. This is a strong, sturdy pan that can withstand the weight of all the deep-dish goodness you want to load on top of it. Each bake, the crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside - even without preheating the pan or cooking it on a stone in the oven. (Much like a PH Pan Pizza!) Moreover, even with those gloriously crispy, cheesy edges, the pizzas always pop out of the pan for easy cutting and cleaning. Two of these pans make enough to feed the eight people (two adults, six kids) in my house. As I prepare to make pizza for the third time this week, I couldn't recommend these pans any more.

I ordered 10x14 Detroit Style Pizza Pan . Such a useful pan! I have made deep dish and thick brownies in it and the edges get nice and crispy. The pan has some weight to it, but its not cast iron heavy. This actually fits in my conventional counter oven just fine, which is a huge plus! makes the perfect deep dish and the crust doesnt stick on the bottom, slides right out. Gives that crunchy crisp crust on the top and edges. Oven safe up to 500 degrees.

I always use a bit of butter coating to help not stick but I have never had anything stick to this pan in over a year. Still works great and nice size. Super easy to clean since there’s to burns, I wash gebtly.

Worked well for 3 months. Started chipping and is no longer safe to use after 6 months
