Bought after having a total knee replacement and I couldn't stand any covers on my leg. It's a game changer being able to sleep comfortably now, wish I'd bought this from day 1.

my father is currently battling a severe foot infection that has resulted in the loss of two toes so far and he is in indescribable pain at night with even the lightest of blankets touching his affected area.this blanket lifter is exactly what he needed and the timing of its arrival could not have been more perfect.easy to clip together and light enough to move around to get it positioned right with a number of orientations to get the right setup for the situation.it's incredible how much something so simple can have an impact. it's making a very worn down old man a little less miserable and for that reason it's worth every penny of the asking price if you ask me.

I bought this foot-cage after my most recent surgery on a badly compromised and acutely painful left foot. It takes away all pressure from bedding, and is wide enough to sleep comfortably with both feet in. It can shift a little, however, and the clips sometimes pop off. Overall, this is very useful, and I would recommend it to anyone who can't tolerate the weight of bedding on their feet.

Simple solution and wish I'd found it sooner. During gout atrtacks the pressure of the duvet is unbearable and we have to pull it up and then the feet get cold or we try to reaised the duvet by piling cushions/pillows on top of each other which is a bit unstable..This lifts the duvet well clear of the feet and we drape the duvet fully over so it is enclosed and retains the heat. We don't need to use the clips which are probably a bit small for a think duvet but OK for thinner summer ones or blankets.Simple construction and easy to put together and dismantle.
