Bought for my sister she absolutely loves it

I got this initially to use with puff pastry, but since it advertises you can use it for pizza, I wanted to try it. Don’t bother. Pizza is far too thick, and although the wheels are pretty sharp, they don’t do well with pizza dough. It’s actually ridiculous that they show a pizza cut into wedges, because with this, you can only cut into strips, rectangles, or squares. I’ve hung mine on my pantry wall to avoid cutting myself if stored in a drawer. There’s no covers for the slicing wheels like you would normally get with a pizza wheel. Don’t forget to use the nuts on the back to lock it into place once you have each wheel at the width you want. Otherwise, it slides all over when cutting. This worked great with my puff pastry, but it’s a very specialized tool that doesn’t really lend itself to other uses. They really should remove the advertising for cutting pizza, but otherwise I really like how evenly it cuts, especially for exact duplicate pieces; like for Napoleon desserts. Good price too.

Haven’t used this yet on dough, but as a professional chef it has all the qualities I’m looking for. Feels sturdy, tightens in place, and has appropriately sharp cutters. I will update if it ends up not working well, but I have no doubts about it working well.

I bought this to make pasta that can’t be made by machine it works great. You can make your cuts wide or narrow. I used it to cut my dumplings for chicken and dumplings. Dumpling recipe: 4 cups AP flour, 1 cup milk 1 cup Crisco shortening. Cut Crisco into flour stir in milk, roll out. Cut with the above cutter. Drop dumplings into chicken stock cook 10 minutes add chicken, serve.

Janky, insanely bad quality, unsharp, hard to cut with, unprecise, stupidly made with the different adjustments, uneven, not parallel wheels. Just the worst I've ever seen

I locked this before using it but it didn't stay locked while using it. It cut great + served its purpose. I love that the width is adjustable.
