I have a very oily scalp. After a blow dry, it looks great and healthy. But by the end of the day, and the following morning, my scalp is oily and makes my hair look dirty. I've tried every spray dry shampoo. I tried Aveda's dry shampoo which isn't spray dry shampoo but the the puffer on it is faulty and either pumps nothing out or all of a sudden a big cloud of powder. So I saw this while searching for "best dry shampoo" and bought this one from Kitch. It is AMAZING! It is a powder but the way works is like a beauty blender inside of the cap. When you press it against the powder side, the perfect amount goes onto the sponge like top. You take the cap/sponge and rub it into your roots. Once you've done all the roots, you just wait a couple minutes and then brush your hair out and no more oily hair! It's truly amazing, it's like you're literally washing your hair and erasing the oil. The other thing I love about this is there's no strong odor and it also doesn't feel cakey on your scalp after a few hours! That's what I hate about aerosol dry shampoos. It feels like grimy. Definitely give tis a try. A little goes a long way and it's worth every penny if you struggle with oily hair iike me!

Best dry shampoo I’ve ever used. I have very very fine thin hair and so my hair looks greasy like 3 hours after a shower unfortunately. So I usually wait until my hair is mostly dry just pay A little bit in my problem areas and I’m usually good until the next day. This stuff is great! A little goes a long way !!

It doesn’t leave any color residue in my hair and gives my hair a fresh look between washes. The big down side for me is the powder was coming out of the sides of the product, I had even checked to see if was closed all the way which it was, and it still kept coming out the sides and got all over my travel bag.

I was expecting a dark powder. This was just like using other products that leaves a white/grey powdered residue. I never write reviews, but this was too much of an opposite of what was advertised. :(UPDATE! Kit•sh seen my review. They contacted me and wanted to know what they could do to make it right. They refunded my money without me having to go through the return process. The powder might not have been a match for my hair but their customer service is above the rest. They could have easily ignored my review and kept my money. Thank you Kit•sh for doing good business. I will not hesitate to buy other products from your company!

I've tried a lot of alternative ("cleaner" and non aerosol) dry shampoos and usually am left with hair feeling worse than I started with. Not with this!! This is better than my old traditional dry shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling and looking day 1 fresh, with no visible residue or weird gunky feeling and no harsh fragrances. Im on my 3rd purchase! My only gripe is that I wish they sold refills so it was more eco-freindly.

I wanted to love this, I really did. I used it for about a month or little more. I loved it in the beginning but when my hair started to fall out in clumps that was very abnormal for me I realized this was the only thing that changed. I’ve always had thick hair and never experienced hair loss like this. My stress levels, diet, and products have all remained the same except this one thing. I googled Kitsch Hair Loss and a Reddit thread came up with people who had the same thing happen. Also found a girl on TikTok who said the same thing. Once I realized this product was the issue I returned back to my Batiste dry shampoo and when I did that the damage that was happening plateaued. I am now going on 7 weeks off of this and my hair is pretty much back to its normal shedding amount and I’m seeing new growth finally. These pictures are right before I started using this product and then right when I stopped using it after all the damage. I just want to warn people about what could happen because I’m so upset over this. It destroyed my hair so fast.

Works very well with my dark hair! Love that it gives my hair great volume! Not to mention how compact it is. Very simple to use

I was *influenced* in a moment when I desperately needed a new dry shampoo. I saw this on Instagram and thought this was genius. Until I actually received the product. I wanted to love it so bad, but I just don’t. After a few uses, I find it works ok on day 2 hair, but this will not work any miracles on day 3 or 4. The method of this dry shampoo is unique, with the puff and powder underneath, but beware - if you’re not careful you might just open the wrong side and spill it literally everywhere. The best use I’ve found for this is actually filling in some thinner parts of my hair due to postpartum hair loss. The dark powder blends great with the rest of my hair and it helps it look more full.I will definitely look elsewhere for a new dry shampoo.
