Love it!
I think I should be getting paid by the company for the review I’m about to give (I’m not, so no worries with the credibility of this review). I bought this ring as a step tracker for a step challenge at work. I don’t always carry my phone and I knew I was taking way more steps than what my phone sometimes showed for me (I’ve had 100-step days show up and I certainly would’ve exceeded that just walking to the bathroom and kitchen throughout the day). I also didn’t want to dig out my old Fitbit and I really didn’t want to buy a smart watch because I prefer to wear bracelets and I thought there’d just be too much going on at my wrist. And smart watches are expensive. Oura rings are also expensive and require the use of an app that’s not free. So, I took a chance on the $34 ring. It’s stylish and not uncomfortable to wear despite it being a little bulky. I did have to switch fingers after the first night because it wasn’t comfortable on the finger I originally thought I would use (switched from pointer finger to ring finger because there’s more space between the adjacent fingers to accommodate the bulk of the ring). I honestly don’t think there’s enough information listed about how awesome this ring is on the website. It tracks steps, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, and sleep patterns through a free app. It automatically does the first four every hour and stores the historical information. You can also take a reading at whim (the readings are stored in the history too). I believe the “medical” readings are relatively accurate based on how close the numbers are to my usual numbers when the doctor does them. Somehow the app for the ring synched up with the Health app on my phone. I don’t know how that happened because I don’t think I made it do that. At some times during the day the step count numbers are exactly the same but then at other times there’s a disparity. I haven’t quite figured out the pattern for when and why, but the numbers are relatively close. There aren’t really any instructions for the app or with the ring itself other than charging and why the lights come on when they do, but it only takes a little bit to figure out the features. It would be helpful to include more instructions because some people may get a little frustrated trying to figure everything out. The ring is waterproof but I don’t wear it in the shower. I’m pretty sure I could because I wash my hands with it on without any issues. I’ve had the ring for five days so I don’t know how long it will last because of the price, but even if it breaks within the first month I would still probably buy the same one again. Bottom line … LOVE IT!

What to expect
What expectations do you have for this?I went to best buy to measure my ring size with the aura and galaxy rings and i was a 12 on my middle finger. I had to get the 11 on this one.The ring is fine if you want siple pedometer witha heart rate/blood o2 meter. Is it accurate? Kind of with the heart rate and not much with the pedometer.I am comparing it to me old galaxy watch. The ring itself is fine, i wash my ands all the tmime and it is still working fine. I dont shower with it or clean with harsh chemmicals with it on.I tried drainig it to see how long it lasts. I was able to get about 4 days. Day 2 it drained about 35 percent. . However, i ususally take it off to shower or clean and i leave it in its charger, with this, i dont have to charge it for a long time. The contruction of he ring is fine. It feels like a glassy plastic not cheap feeling but not metal. The app. Its the "lucky ring" app if you want to check it out.It doesnt let me register my email so the info i have will be deleted if i change phones, delete the app, or anything happens. This doesn't bother me but it might bug you. There is a option for how often you want your right to monitor your 02 and heart rate. You have to enable this or it wont take your HR. The incriments are in 5 minute intervals up to 1 hr. I have mine set at 5 minute intervals and you read my battery life above. There are only 3 excersises in this. Walk, Run, Bike. Sadly there are no static excersises. These also dont tell you your heart rate in the post workout data. They do tell you your heart rate on the phone screen AS you work out. The post workouot just gives you time, distance, and space. It foe shoever take constant heart rate monitoring.Sleep traking is somewhat accurate but simple. The app itself is simple.Hope this helps.I bough this ring bc i like the heart rate tracking, i wanted a pedometer (all of them are innnacurate if they arent on your feet) and a sleep tracker. This ring does all that with a decent battery.Wish it had:Constant HR trackingHR data for post workoutsCardio workout for the app. (Ony has Run, Walk, Bike)

Only missing two key factors
Having the ring on for a few days, continuously wearing it, I have noticed that there are two key factors that could make it better (see below). Other than those two things the ring fits great and I can even go down a size so it’s snug. The curved design, on the sides, makes it so easy to slip on and off. Battery lasts a while and it connects quickly.*having continuous health monitoring. The ring offers to read certain parameters at given intervals but it doesn’t seem to have an option for continuous or live tracking. I take regular naps and work out regularly, I would like to be able to have it track it instead of 30 min intervals*more accurate step tracking. I was looking at my steps through the app and noticed that my step count was way to high considering my normal from my watch. I was watching it count my steps live on the treadmill and it was adding 3-4 steps per count. Very unreliable.
