Not great for sensitive stomach
I only took one capsule and I ended up on the toilet on and off for hours afterwards. I still have terrible nausea 6 hours after taking it. Will not be taking it again. If you have stomach issues I wouldn't recommend this. I wish I could get my money back. Thankfully they were cheap.
