Expensive!
Not gonna lie - i bought this after a few drinks. It was on my bucket list to try. $340 for 7oz. Its a big ask.I was really angry with myself that id bought it. Then i tasted it.Beautiful delicate briney luxury- leaves a geat after Taste. Ate as is with a sprinkle of maldon salt. Tried a bite with soy sauce but that wrecked it.. Would i buy again? No. But boy am glad ive tried it and can now say i have tried it!

Ordered through Dorasti and it was great
I love UNI but it is expensive and in a restaurant 2 pieces are $30, I bought the trays and had Uni for 3 days Yeah!
