1st...the price for what you get is way off expensive. But...it did the job very well alongside black colour paste and nunerous blasts in the microwave and freezer! Tasteless. For black swiss buttercream it was a must...and when something is a must...then you MUST pay whatever price!

Chocolate at its finest 👌
If you want a real chocolate taste then this is it. I made chocolate ice cream using this and the taste is out of this world. Can't wait to make a chocolate cake using it.

Don’t buy it!
I usually buy Cocoa Barry brand but wanted to try this one. Absolutely horrible taste and colour! It’s just darkish brown (which I can get with normal cacao powder) not black at all . No Oreo flavour whatsoever. Totally wasted my money!!! Not recommended!

Very bitter taste
Gives a good dark colour although not black more a really dark brown.Tastes horrible. Even with lots of vanilla extract added, which did improve the taste it still tastes bitter.Great quality cocoa, appears to be pre-sieved a little bit goes a long way.
