Purchased this product to improve hearing, this is really great in terms of quality to improve hearing.These are hearing correction aids, which can be adjusted based on your level of hearing difficulty.It does show behind the ear, but overall for the money, this is certainly a good product and can really help someone who is having troubles hearing.It had inbuilt chargeable battery and comes with charging case, which can charge the device.Fit turned out to be good.Volume control is like a dial on each ear piece which one can adjust based on level of hearing correction one needsOverall, i highly recommend it but it does show behind the ear and not completely hidden device.

Monday I got the news that I had severe hearing loss in my left ear. The doctor tells me that it is going to cost me $1700, out of pocket for a hearing aid. She goes on to tell me that they have a low income program and that she can get the cost down to $300. I decided to try Amazon and found these. I loved the price and looked at the reviews. I have to admit that I was slightly skeptical, but I wanted to cry for joy when I put one in and could hear that all of my devices were very loud. Great value. Not noticeable. My grandfather didn't have much luck with traditional hearing aids. They never felt right, and didn't help his hearing loss. These have been a lifesaver for the rest of our ears. They amplify sound enough so he can turn down the TV volume, are smaller and more compact than a traditional hearing aid. Downsides are charging- the cord is very very short. And they are temporary. They do have to be replaced a few times a year.

Ok, so mainly I found that this pair, while it works good for amplifying, it does just that without helping to clarify what you are hearing. I found it more irritating than helpful.Fits and holds well. The one-off and volume levels can be hard to use due to size but so are most hearing aids. I also found the sound to be a lot of static but I used that to adjust the volume to just under the static sound.The operating hours and charging were very good and it comes with all you need. For the price you may want to try to see if it works for you before moving to something more expensive or cut through all that and get something that may be better but at a higher cost. As stated, I found it good for the price but just doesn't fit my hearing needs.

Fantastic hearing aid/amplifier! I previously used prescription and expensive hearing aids but these are just as beneficial and much less expensive. They recharge overnight and it’s easy to control the volume. I could highly recommend this product
