Phone performs well, I would reccomend purchasing the locked version of YOUR sevice provider instead of an unlocked phone. I got the att model.I was mistakenly sent a wrong color but im happy with the titanium black model. Thankfully I did get reimbursed for it by the seller. Kudos to seller. (the color mix up was a one time thing)Phone runs nicely, the battery could do an hour better but otherwise its still good.There was a very small scratch on the screen but it is unnoticeable.

I was a bit scared of ordering secondhand off Amazon, but I saw another Amazon review talking about how the S24 Ultra arrived in almost perfect condition, and with Samsung removing the product altogether from their store, I decided to trust and take the plunge. And I'm so glad I did! I've had the phone about a month and I have to mirror the other review; the phone arrived in almost perfect condition. There was a little residue around the cameras that seems to be from where the previous owner had taped over the lenses, but other than that I would have believed this phone was brand new at a fraction of the cost. If we're taking into account the quality of the S24 Ultra, I'd also say that's been above expectations as I upgraded from a significantly older phone. I'm still learning how all the new features work, but I'm a big fan of the stylus and the bonuses that come with that.

The new one ui is absolutely horrible, it completely ruined all my apps and customization I've done while forcefully adding useless AI tools and bloatware onto my phone, I would immediately return the device if I could.It's a very high quality phone however the things Samsung does makes this device worthless, I will have to mod this phone just to get a useable device unlike how it currently is. I will never support Samsung again.It is quite possibly the best device I've ever used in terms of specs, but lack of expandable storage and no official aftermarket batteries is another disgusting move by this greedy company, don't support these horrible companies that give you less for more.

Only have a couple of reviews on my many purchases and I figured I would write one on this item. I really wanted a 1tb phone and as much as I wanted a s25 ultra I went with the s24 ultra for the storage. It is my 1st day with it and so far it's great. I've had ultras for years now (formally known as galaxy notes) and I'm pleased with this one. There is a tiny dentist on the screen but almost impossible to see unless you look hard which I did. This being a renewed (refurbished) phone i expected some minor things. Still super expensive at about 1400 with taxes but worth it to me. If you are considering one that is like this one but are afraid of getting screwed I can vowed that this was a good purchase and aside from a charger that us not original and missing the original box thus is the phone I expected with the specs I expected. If something comes up worth mentioning I will update the review.

Item came as described. Had some kind of deep print on the bottom part of the screen, but it's gotten less noticeable now since I was able to clean the area as much as possible. This device operates as intended & definitely fits between like new-great condition as specified. Quick set up. Camera quality is good. Durability is good. The device came with charge adapter & a pin tool to help with retrieving your sim card from either phones. Was able to get my sim card working with this phone without really any problems. Good to check what you can to make sure its compatible (Ex. this is compatible with visible). The cost is also worth it. ♡ Very well packaged. The Good: The screen is perfect and there's no scratches anywhere. It comes with a screen protector already installed on it. Aftermarket USBC cable for transferring data and a high-powered charger, also USBC in the box.It was wrapped in packaging foam and there was no original box. It came by Federal Express which I had to sign for.The bad: The pen is not recognized by the phone. You can do just about everything with it but the remote aspect of it does not work. One of my favorite things to do is take group pictures and I cannot do that. The icon is extremely annoying as it's constantly blinking not recognizing the pen. So I had to shut off the notifications. This is an unlocked phone to a carrier but it is a T-Mobile phone. It came with a bunch of T-Mobile bloatware and if you do not shut off the T-Mobile built-in app that you cannot get rid of, it will automatically download third-party apps. So I did a hard reboot and everything is the same. The annoying flashing pen icon and T-Mobile.Other than the "bad" it's a great flagship phone.

I'm very relieved my phone arrived in great condition and worked out! I've never ordered one not from a retail carrier. It arrived quickly, as scheduled, packed in a cardboard box with a charging cable, as described. This phone is amazing and everything i wanted! The size and features are great. And the stylus is amazing and feels good to use!
